Wintercheer – Pullunder Liebe

English only today. Currently I got this thing for tweed ties and (sweater) vests. House of Foxy has lovely ones. Fair isle patterns. 40s vibes. Great colour and good quality wool. This isn’t one of them. I struggle with real wool. Even with a shirt in between. Meh! But the pattern is nice, it feels soft and I don’t try to scratch my skin off. The mock tweed skirt was last year on the blog and recently taken in a bit by my tailor.

The tweed tie is one of 4. They have these old school English teacher vibes. Although none of my teachers ever wore one like this, especially since most of them were female and it was the 1980s to very early 1990s.

In case you still have a sugar rush from too many Christmas movies with an overdose of harmony try those dysfunctional families (on Netflix) for new year’s detox. The Willoghbys and the Royal Tenenbaums are movies – where as Lemony Snicket’s Series of Unfortunate Events and the Umbrella Academy entertain for a few days.

  1. Steph, immer wieder suuuuuper deine Outfits! Die Krawatte ist ein Traum – ganz große Liebe! Und der Tweed Rock mit den Stiefeln – würde ich genau so tragen! Hoch lebe der Brit Chic!
