Sweet and short – today as a part from Tropical Delight I am going bananas. In the 80s and 90s we had a lot of commercials for Chiquita. The iconic blue label with white text on yellow fuit was the inspiration for this look.

Kurz und gut – heute „ausgerechnet Bananen“ als Teil von Tropisch Exotisch. In den 80ger und 1990ger Jahren gab es einiges an Werbung von Chiquita Banana. Der ikonische blaue Aufkleber mit weissem Text auf den weissen Früchten war die Vorlage für diesen Look.

Happy Banana Trinkets – the emanel set used to be one pair of long earrings, too long for me. That is why I shortened the earrings and the rest became the necklace and a brooch.

Kitschiger Bananenschmuck – das Emaille-Set war ursprünglich mal ein Paar langer Ohrrringe, zu lang für mich. Deswegen habe ich die Ohrringe eingekürzt und daraus wurde noch ein Anhänger und eine Brosche.
